The Lake Mills Arts Festival (LMAF), is a joint effort put forth by local artists, community members, and the Lake Mills Main Street Program to support visual artists, and provide the community with access to the creation of art. With this goal in mind, we ask the artists to consider demonstrating their trade at their booths, thereby bringing patrons in close touch with the creation of art.
The Lake Mills Arts Festival is sponsored by the Lake Mills Main Street Program. The Lake Mills Main Street Program is affiliated with the Wisconsin Main Street Program, a Department of Commerce effort that promotes the revitalization of Wisconsin's historic commercial districts. The Lake Mills program advocates the restoration of the city’s downtown historic character, while pursuing traditional development strategies such as marketing, business recruitment/retention, real estate development, and public improvements.
